Painshill Residency

Painshill Park in Cobham, Surrey is a beautiful 18th century landscape garden. Lost for years and rediscovered in the 1980s, in its new lease of life it is a magical place full of dramatic views and follies, and my favourite place to be. I spend at least one day a month writing there and run poetry workshops on a regular basis.
